REMOTE VOICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS 

Influx is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to join an upcoming campaign. 

Job description

You’ll be tasked with answering customers' questions. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem. The experience with an e-commerce company in the paper card business (wedding suite items, holiday cards, stationery, and personalized gifts) is welcome!


Tasks include:

  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, messaging, and email.
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism in all written and verbal interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to provide seamless customer service.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
  • 6-month minimum experience in the BPO industry/call center, or equivalent Customer Service experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
  • Team player.
  • Continuous learner.
  • Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
  • Good knowledge of G-Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.).
  • Own a laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 or above, or equivalent.
  • Quiet workspace.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection (35 Mbps minimum)
