Experience with online retail platforms or fashion brands, including tools like Shopify and Gorgias. Strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver top-tier customer support are key.
🔧 Installation Services (Voice Support)
Comfortable handling high call volumes, with strong voice support experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
📱 Tech & App Support
Skilled in troubleshooting software, mobile apps, or hardware. Able to guide customers through technical challenges with clarity, patience, and empathy.
💳 Fintech
Experience supporting digital financial platforms that offer secure, fast, and seamless cross-border payment solutions. Confident in assisting customers with transactions and navigating digital financial services.
📶 Telecommunications / Mobile Network
Experience in a mobile network or any telecommunications company.
Essential Duties:
- Handle high volumes of customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues
- Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance KPIs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Take ownership of customer concerns through to resolution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
