About the Client

Our client operates in the audio and in-store media technology space, delivering music streaming and sound management solutions for businesses across various industries.

Role Overview

We are looking for bilingual (Spanish & English) customer service and voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technology. In this role, you will combine customer support, & technical expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Availability

  • 8:00am a 9:30pm Argentina Time

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Be voice-trained with prior experience in voice support
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Speak fluent, standard English & Spanish with a professional and polite tone (B2+ english& Spanish proficiency level)
  • Have knowledge or experience in IoT, remote management, or software backend systems
  • Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills
  • Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Nice to have

  • Have experience managing or using audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers)
  • Be familiar with tools like Salesforce
  • You have experience with using Python, Java, C++, Javascript, Database Management, Software Development Lifecycle etc. (Be comfortable reading scripts and basic codes)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
  • Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
  • Provide professional and polite responses at all times
  • Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues

Technical Requirements (BYOD)

  • Laptop (no Chromebook or Linux OS)
  • Windows 10 or higher
  • Minimum 8GB RAM – Intel Core i5 (10th gen or higher)
  • High-speed internet: minimum 50 Mbps (download & upload)
  • Wired, noise-canceling headset
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
