We are currently looking for Customer Support Agents in Argentina with BPO experience to join our growing remote team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Support Agent who can deliver clear, structured, and solution-focused support to customers.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate complex topics, resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
  • Meet performance metrics (Call Handling, CSAT, QA, etc.).
  • Simplify complex information into clear, easy-to-understand responses.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams for problem-solving.
  • Accurately document interactions in ticketing systems.
  • Work independently while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • B2 English level or higher (written & spoken).
  • Previous BPO/customer support experience in similar roles and/or scope of work.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written communication
  • Solution-oriented and self-driven.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Available to start soon.
