🎯 Role Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (English/Spanish), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support. You’ll assist customers across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-oriented, and confident in communicating in both English and Spanish.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual customer support (English & Spanish) via phone, email, and messaging
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Build long-term customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (BPO/call center experience is a plus)
  • Experience with bookings and transfers is highly desirable
  • Strong written communication and research skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • High personal integrity, adaptability, and results-driven mindset
  • Prior experience in a BPO or a call center environment.

  • Laptop (no Chromebook, Linux OS, or desktop)
  • Windows 10 or higher (32-bit OS)
  • 8GB RAM minimum
  • Intel Core i5 or higher
  • High-speed internet: 50–55 Mbps download & upload
  • Wired, noise-canceling headset
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
