  • Prior email-based customer support experience
  • Passion for trends, fabrics, and styling

  • Ability to resolve 10–15 tickets per hour
  • Proven track record of maintaining 90%+ quality scores
  • Availability for any 8-hour shift, including weekends and public holidays
  • Experience with Gorgias & Gorgias AI
  • Experience using Shopify
