We are looking for a tech-savvy communicator who is fluent in English, confident speaking with customers via phone and virtual meetings, and passionate about solving problems. If you have a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and enjoy combining people skills with technical expertise, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Agent at Influx, you will:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for customers in the app development, eCommerce and SaaS industries
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software and integration issues
  • Support API integrations, perform debugging and assist with bug identification and resolution
  • Collaborate directly with customers through calls, chat and email, explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the support team
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic and proactive approach in every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline (required)
  • Experience supporting technical accounts including software applications, web platforms or APIs
  • Strong understanding of bug identification, root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret code for diagnostic purposes (such as JavaScript, Python or similar languages)
  • Familiarity with API requests, error responses and integration logic
  • Skilled in general IT troubleshooting and web technologies

Soft Skills

  • Fluent in English written and spoken with clear communication for customer calls and meetings
  • Bubbly and engaging personality with a positive approach to customers and colleagues
  • Active listener who shows empathy and patience when assisting customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous learning
